Hybrid Personal Training includes one in-person session per week and a personalised program delivered through our app. * The in-person session focuses on technique, progress, and adjustments. During the rest of the week, you follow your program on your own schedule. Your plan is tailored to your goals, experience, and available equipment, and can be updated as needed. - 1:1 in person sessions - 1 Personalised program through our app that changes weekly according to your fitness goals - Access to our app and to a video library with all the information you need to train by yourself - On going support and feedback through our app - Ongoing accountability *The plan is charged weekly, for a minimum of 4 weeks
